TESS had a big gap up in July on great numbers, went up for about a week hitting a high of almost 16, then went into a long slide. Just as the overall market did, this went on an inexplicable tear stating in January. It spent most of February in a flat base, which it broke out of today, again, inexplicably. The 6 month chart is a little unclear, and seems to project a target which is way too high, so I thought maybe the one year chart would clear things up:
Yes, I would say that it is crystal clear. This had a nearly perfect gap fill that set the lower boundary of the trading range, and if the top after that gap established the middle, the top would be up near 20. Today's high was 19.98.
