Market Watch Game Update

Here is the weekly update on the Market Watch game. As you can see, there are still only 5 players, and nobody is really tearing it up, so anyone can still join right now, have a good week, and go right into first place. The top player, Dashi, has made only one trade, which shows that buy and hold might not be as dead as the experts say. I have a respectable gain, but most of that came recently, and I am still woefully under performing the market.

Here are my current holdings. My strategy was to have no more than 10 positions, and I would add to them as they went up, but I have lost a few due to stops. I lost the flagship stock, BWLD, this morning to s busted stop. Fortunately I have exposure to the rise in oil in CLR, unfortunately that is my only exposure. At this point I am not confident enough in a renewed rally to start taking new positions, but not confident enough in a correction to go to cash, so I will let the stops do there work, and take advantage of short term opportunities.
