Here are the top 30 industries ranked by percentage of stocks in the relative strength range this week. Remarkably, only 3 of the leaders in 40 week average are in the top 10 this week. We are also seeing a strong correlation now between high percentages of stock moving up this week and relative strength, although that could be due to the high number of groups that had all of their stocks moving up this week. I suspect we are going to be seeing a new batch of leading industries in the coming weeks.
