There were a lot of breakouts, but none looked particularly good.
VPFG had the highest relative volume, but formed the dreaded clack candle after a gap up, and closed below the breakout point. Despite the drop from the high of the day, the price relative line broke out, thanks to a weak market, which probably makes this look stronger than it really is.
