For a pullback, this one does not amount to much, and for the last 10 days we are essentially flat. A big move up this morning puts us right back into the upper half of the current trading range, with a retest of the previous high possible but unlikely. This morning's leading sectors are XLF and XLI, leading me to believe there may be a bit of a short squeeze going on, and the laggards are XLY and XLU. The Nasdaq is lagging by a good margin, but the Russell 2000 is leading. Oil and gold are up, treasury yields up pretty big.
I have 143 new high so far, with breakouts in AZPN, STX, MGAM, NICK, IACI, and LBTYA. From last night I have reports from STX, up 17%, and KEYN, down 5%. I had 3 scheduled for this morning, two (ALGT and LVS) are reporting after the close, and CRVL reported yesterday morning.
