CONN is 20% of the electronics stores group, which put it among the leaders in percentage of stocks making new highs, a very misleading statistic, but one I can't do much about. This is from a weak group, and today's volume was not that impressive, so this breakout is a little weak. This is one of the few breakout stocks today that does not, by comparison, have a weak price relative line.
