Residential construction is a 17 stock group that pooped up on my rader a few weeks ago, and is now gaining strength. It is not among the relative strength leaders, but is rising fast. The fact that most of these are way off their all time highs from a few years ago tends to make you want to ignore them, which would be a mistake, as even mediocre earnings numbers can send them flying. 5 of them are at new 52 week highs, and several others are close. These are probably not going to be leaders, but they are good for some short term trading.
