Here are the industries with 20% or more of their stocks making new highs.
Semi-conductor- memory chips is the only group common to both lists today that I have not already looked at. It is in no way a leading group, but I found it odd that it was among the leaders in percentage of stocks making new highs. That is, until I discovered there are only 10 stock in the group, with one of the new highs an acquisition.
ISSI is the only really strong stock in this group.
