CIE was a notable breakout because of the very bullish sideways action after the huge move up in December. It broke out today on high volume and has a pretty good chance of making another big move here. Also noticeable is the inverted head and shoulders pattern, which often marks a bottom. and the cross of the 50 and 200dmas.
