WRLS has what looks like a nice breakout today, with a few warts. On the price relative line, I highlighted a couple of areas where it was dropping while the price was consolidating, something you really don;t want to see in a breakout stock. I calculated a top pivot point of about 8.75. Today's high was 8.73. I have a suspicion this one isn't going to be going a lot higher.
