If you missed it (I did), the FOMC announced early today, and are keeping rates where they are until late 2014. Bernanke is apparently going by the Japan playbook, hoping for different results. Ok Remarkably, the resulting rally in the market is not really being reflected in the leaders, BWLD is making a high volume move off the 50dma, but was doing that before the decision. QCOR is also trying to make a turn, but so far no dice. CF is also making a nice move here, on slightly higher than average volume. New highs - NVLS, CMG, and ULTA. AAPL is not on the list this week but will no doubt be on it next week.
