Railroads caught my eye since it was a formerly very strong group that really got creamed during the summer of 2011. The group is stronger than it looks here, with several of the 15 stocks near 52 week highs. The 40 week average, which is dropping like a rock, is still int he top 10 for that category, and it is also in the top 10 in relative strength this week. This group includes both railroads and railroad equipment manufacturers, so they probably do not all move as a group.
