Railroads is not only among the leaders in relative strength and new highs, it also has al;l of it's stocks moving up today, remarkable because this group has 15 stocks. This one took a prety good beating over the summer, but has bounced back quickly (the bounce looks weak here, but compared to most other groups it is quite strong). Almost all are in the late stages of a base, and very few are in the bottom half of their 52 week ranges. This is going to be one of the groups to watch for leadership.
