TSCO was the best of very few breakouts today, and that is not saying much. This has a weak price relative line and a deep drop in CMF during the last consolidation. All that probably changed with today's move, which should put it into a new trading range. On the positive side the ATR line dropped very low before the breakout, usually a sign of a shakeout.
