Monday Morning Update

Things are taking shape in the market, as we are carving out a nice little trading range here as the market awaits resolution on the several crises it is now facing. 1285 is the top, 1265 is the bottom, 1275 in the middle. I have XLF and XLE leading this morning, with XLV and XLU lagging. The Nasdaq is about even, the Russell 2000 has a slight lead. I have oil down, gold up, treasury yields flat.

I have 61 new highs, with breakouts in IDIX, ACHN, VVUS, UAN, and MON. I have BRID scheduled to report today, but they haven't and I don't expect them to.
